Getting motivated by getting complimented is a good thing,
but if that's what gets prioritized, that's the only thing you'll do and
you'd be missing the point of working hard.

i've talking about it to my colleague too.
why do we work so hard for? WHY?
for WHO, do we work hard for? WHO?
its so stress working at my current place.
thou my colleague are really nice ppl. but working there, i have fear.
i dont need your compliment towards us, just a proper recognition will do.
we work hard for the sake of working for you,
i am really tired, everyday.
i am not happy at all.


my only relax place is my jap class lessons.
the only place i can give it all.


we're seven hours plane flight away from each other,
how can you know what am i thinking recently?
you read my mind, dont you xD


can you give me a pat at my back,

& say to me ; "you have work real hard. thank you for your hard work."
